My booking was for 2 adults and 3 children for a Saturday night. Upon check in, I was told my hotel booking was only for two adults and was given a king bed with a single chaise (not couch). I am a family of 5. There are no towels clean. Only one set of extra bedding. Frustrated parent to say the least.

Overall the stay was nice. Clean rooms. Only complaints were the strip by the bed didnt work to charge my phone, the toilet wouldnt flush properly unless you held it down, and the light in the entry and bathroom flickered.
