Very nice, clean, spacious room. Great location! Comfortable bed. The room vent fan was very loud, but had some weird noises at times. Check-in staff was very courteous and helpful. The front desk person the next morning, however, appeared to be annoyed with any questions.

We were exhausted after taking the red eye from Vegas and wanted to take a nap before visiting family but it was a bit too noisy on our first day 😕

They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days before arrival ???? The 2 bedroom I had booked 8 months prior ? But free room was nice and excellent hot free breakfast . Sausage .scrambled eggs , potatoes , fr.toast , fruit and oatmeal was offered . I would definitely try to stay again . Also was a musty smell in hallway . But room was very clean .

The Staff were amazing!!! Friendly and prompt. The desk clerk must have been a new hire and was training.. boy she was doing an excellent job! Explained everything well and showed me all of what my stay had to offer and where and when it was offered. Hotel was clean, parking lot was properly lit and felt safe. The room was the cherry on top! Nice beds, huge tv! Sleeping area and the living area were separated and it was so nice. Plenty of light and quiet. You could hear the 3 rd floor renovation work being done but it wasn’t loud or disturbing. Had a great visit to Fort Wayne. I will book this hotel again.
