Room was decently clean and in decent condition except for the bathroom sink. We couldn’t get hot water from it, It was stained corroded with rust and the bottom was rotted wood that had been painted over. This could be relatively inexpensive to fix and would make the room great instead of decent. We had plenty of towels and hot water for showers so that was nice. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff other than check in and out but they were friendly. For the price it was an overall nice place to stay.

The people working were very friendly and helpful loved them! The housekeeping can be improved, I’m positive that the sheets had not been changed and we found needle caps behind the bed- very scary! There was no coffee maker in room and it was just very dirty and dingy could use an upgrade! The customer service made up for the other things- kind of……

Staff was great the problem was the room and all the noise room was not properly cleaned when we got there we found a wad of hair in our bed sheets and nails in the sink the WiFi didn’t properly work and people kept slamming things outside making it really hard to sleep avoid it at all cost and spend the extra 20 dollars to get a good clean satanized hotel room with no banging sounds

Ok for a brief overnight, bare bones. Staff was friendly enough, room was clean, but lacked some basic amenities such as cups. Had fridge, but no microwave in room, bathroom fan not functional. Walls are thin and every sound comes through from all sides and the hallway loud and clear.

It was located right across the street from the mall so i thought it would be a good location. Beds were comfortable and rooms seemed clean. Our complaint was the marijuana smell in the hallway and a few loud guests. Thankfully the smell was not in our room so we didn’t request a new one. Breakfast area was very minimal. It was located on a small counter across from check in counter.

Check in was great floors down hallway were clean but saw the mop used to clean floors and it was Very dirty! Bed was also very old and worn out. Doors into room seemed very flimsy and not metal for safety.

Customer service was great. The workers are super sweet. Building was dated. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. Luckily we had brought our own so it was an easy fix. Wouldn’t stay long term but was perfect for a quick place to rest your head

The hotel is equivalent to a Motel 6. The hallway carpet is very dirty. Several items need to be repaired. There's a lot of noise from people walking both from upstairs and on the same floor. Not the cleanest of hotels.

When I reserved the room, Breakfast was an amenity. When we checked in there was a breakfast bar with a Belgian Waffle Maker and other items. My husband asked what time breakfast was out. We went down at 7am, nothing was out but coffee. He went back at 7:30 & found 2 almost empty cereal dispensers and a pitcher of milk. No waffle mix, no bread to toast. Nothing else. So disappointing.

The hotel was convenient for us to travel back n forth to our relatives houses. It was in an area where stores and restaurants were available and easy access to them. Staff was pleasant enough but hotel needs some repairs. We were in a non smoking room but you could still smell smoke in the hallways. Coffee, tea was provided in the lobby area but had to keep asking staff to bring out hot water or make fresh coffee. It really wasn’t looked after properly The room was reasonable in size and shower was in good condition. Did not run out of hot water at all Tv in the room is starting to go with visible shadows showing on the screen and blurriness. Not clear or sharp contrast We had two queen beds. My bed was not comfortable at all. It was very hard and kept rolling into the middle. All in all, I give it a 7 out of 10 rating
