The large partially covered deck will have you laid back enjoying the view of the beautiful cypress, oak and spanish moss hammock of the Sante Fe. Relax and watch turkey and deer wander thru the property. While relaxing, enjoy the evening's sunset and take advantage of the grill and fire pit. Great place to completely get away from big city stress.
Of course this location is everything! Not only close to all the springs and rivers, but you have a key to all the parks and boat ramps Three Rivers Estates offers. This includes the Hoder Park, the private park on the Ichetucknee. Just decide if you want to canoe, kayak, paddle board, float, or just snorkeling the beautiful clear spring fed river. This is without all the state park fees and crowds!!!
