Cabin on Sante Fe Inlet in Three River Estates (walking distance to park)

This unique cabin is in beautiful Three River Estates and very easy to find. It is located on a Santa Fe Inlet that runs into the Sante Fe River just steps away at Bridge Park.
This cabin's beautiful hardwood floors shows off the newly remodeled home. The large partially covered deck will have you laid back enjoying the view of the beautiful cypress, oak and spanish moss hammock of the Sante Fe. Relax and watch turkey and deer wander thru the property. While relaxing, enjoy the evening's sunset and take advantage of the grill and fire pit. Great place to completely get away from big city stress.
Of course this location is everything! Not only close to all the springs and rivers, but you have a key to all the parks and boat ramps Three Rivers Estates offers. This includes the Hoder Park, the private park on the Ichetucknee. Just decide if you want to canoe, kayak, paddle board, float, or just snorkeling the beautiful clear spring fed river. This is without all the state park fees and crowds!!!

Additional guests, over two, are $10/person/night.

We rented this small, cozy home while visiting our daughter and family, and it was perfect for all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-kept. The host was efficient and responded quickly to all messages. We also loved having access to the community parks — such a wonderful feature for guests staying in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra day. Cabin is dated but cozy, in fact I kind of like it like that because I felt like I transported back to the 90s. Awesome location in the woods, lots of wildlife and a great area outside to grill and enjoy a fire.

Clean,Cozy and Convenient. No complaints but if I could change one thing it would be a pull-out couch instead of lounge chairs in the living room would make it comfier. just my opinion. We enjoyed it.

Struggled between 4 and 5 stars. The place was absolutely adorable. I would have preferred a slightly different bathroom seup that did not feel quite so camper feeling. Unfortunately we could not fish from the property, the water was just so very low and full of algae. But overall it was very pleasant to unplug. The springs in the area are some of the best we have ever seen. We'll go back one day!

Tranquil and CLEAN

The first thing one notices upon entry into this cozy cabin, is, it's VERY CLEAN - I MEAN, VERY CLEAN! It has everything we needed for our short stay. Iris and her cleaner made sure that I would have a safe stay as I have extreme allergies and asthma - I had no issues! My husband and I are planning another trip there as my sister lives closeby. It's a perfect location for us! Don't be hesitant about booking this cozy cabin!

Quaint Summer Cottage

Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch movies and they have local tv too, and Lots of DVD’s.Super close to many Springs and we had a very nice stay, thanks.

Little weekend getaway.

Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We especially loved the neighborhood parks in the area. Hodor Park was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded — it felt like our own private retreat. We also had a great time at Ginnie Springs, which was perfect for some family fun with the kids. Another highlight was visiting O’Leno State Park, where we got to see the suspension bridge — such a cool experience! The whole area is quiet and relaxing, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We also loved ending our evenings by the charcoal grill and fire pit provided at the cabin. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful time. This is my second time staying here. If you like kayaking this is the best town to stay in. All of the gorgeous freshwater springs are close by.

Firepit and friends

The hosts were very patient with us as we had to reschedule twice due to the hurricanes. It was worth the wait. The property is beautiful, and the area is so quiet. It was a great base for us to hike and kayak in the area.

No WiFi & No Cell Phone Reception

My son and I got this cabin for the holiday weekend and we were extremely disappointed about them not having any WiFi which I would’ve been ok with if I had cell phone reception, I am not from the area so I rely heavily on the maps applications to drive from one place to the next, we had to check out the following morning because we were stranded without any cell service. There was a “Smart” TV but since there was no WiFi we couldn’t watch Netflix or Hulu in the evening, they had an old dvd player connected to the TV that wouldn’t work either. the owners believe that people go there to disconnect and that is the reason why they refuse to have WiFi, but in this modern day and age WiFi is a basic necessity specially if there’s no cell reception. When I woke up the following morning I went to make coffee and the coffee machine had a crust of dirt where you pour in the water and the toilet had a pink rim when we checked in.the only good thing was the wild life in the area we got to see deer and turkeys, other than that I would not recommend this cabin to who is not from the area and uses a phone to drive around.

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was charming and perfect for what we needed! There was wood for us by the fire pit and we made s’mores. Families of deer frequent the yards and small neighborhood. There is a small river or creek behind the cottage and we each caught a small fish . The house was clean and comfortable for relaxing and watching movies in the living room. Most of our time was spent on the river floating and enjoying the outdoors but this was the perfect retreat to clean up and relax . The host communicated well through the whole process which was helpful

Father Son Trip

My son and I stayed here and tubed the springs. The host was fantastic the unit was cleaned and as advertised. We had everything we needed for a little 2 day guys trip. I will be coming back soon with my daughter. Fantastic little get away

Not as advertised

Our vacation was centered around the amenities advertised at this property. HOT TUB, water view. There was NO hot tub. And water view? More like green algae view. No actual water in sight. I get that conditions change, but I talked to the host the day of arrival and nothing was said about the water conditions. Much less about the lack of a hot tub.
