All of the amazing technology in the room was next level, digital light and shower controls, along with touch screen in the bathroom mirror. All of the retained art deco charm mixed with modern amenities, makes this hotel high recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s right in downtown so it’s super convenient to the various sights around. The room was clean and comfortable and service is really good. We did have a snafu with the valet service when we were leaving though. They had been so great up to that point but we waited at least 45 minutes for our car which we knew was weird. We checked a few times about it and were told we were in line but the last time we checked they realized our car keys were still there. They were apologetic and got it taken care of right away. I did ask the valet if we could have a refund and he said he would see what he can do. I called the hotel later on just to check on that and explain the situation and was refunded the valet portion. Due to the way they handled the situation which is pretty rare, I would return to the hotel and am thankful they took care of things right away."

"The stay was good. The check-in was at 3pm and they didn’t have the room ready. I had to get another room, with the amenities I did not book and pay for, to be able to get a room on time to get ready for an event. "
