Great Location for several week stay

A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza.

The WiFi doesn’t worked, the area around was terrible, supermarket and mall far away, the pool was good, Iracema Beach pretty tho, breakfast is not included, and you have to pay extra money for it…Anyway I was expecting more for this experience, I didn’t has

Location is great inside comfort so-so

The location was perfect. Many good restaurants nearby the beach was very close. The view we had was great. The inside of the apartment had a few issues the washing machine was loud and didnt qork properly. The aor didnt cool down quickly amd also left a terrible staining on the wall. But for the price and the location it was worth it.

Well the place is clean and in a good location and has a washer. But, if you don’t mind that the oven and the freezer don’t work, then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the WiFi goes in and out all day and night then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the bathroom sinks are the size of an American football then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is hardly anything to cook with then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that this place will have no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, coffee maker, and all the things you need for an extended stay then you will love this place. If you like pillows, not pillowcases, that smell like dirty stinking sweat then you will love this place. If you like a couch that you can’t really sit or lie down on because all you can feel is the pieces of wood that is holding it together then you will love this place. So if all this is good for you then have a nice stay.

Not up to standard - roach infested

Had a three day stay at one of their apartment and the first impression of the place was quite good. Returning back the first evening there was a lot of ants and a few roaches on the kitchen counter. This made is check the apartment closer and it was quite clear the it have been superficial cleaned for a prolonged period of time. Kitchen was dirty around the edges, under the counter. A lot of dust and dirt under the sofa. Showers were dirty and glass stained. When closing the door while in shower it uncovered a list black with dirt and mold. We notified the company about this the next morning and they did some cleaning and probably also sprayed the place to minimize bugs. The next night we saw two-three roaches in the kitchen. The last evening there was again a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. In a short time we killed about 15 in all sizes. We notified to company again, and they sad they would contact pest control and we heard nothing more. Our stay was quite unpleasant because of the bugs. It’s quite apparent that the place is infested due to poor cleaning over time and the amount of roaches. We received no apology for this inconvenience.

Muito bom

Apartamento muito bom, com tudo que você precisa, tem microondas, liquidificador, fogao, maquina, todos os itens mesmo! A vista é belissima e localização perfeita, em frente tem restaurante/padaria, na rua a cima tem mercado. So tenho dois ponto negativos, um dos quartos era tão pequeno que a cama de casal ficava encostada na parede e a porta do quarto so abria a metade pq nao tinha espaço, não tem espaço nem para mala dentro do quarto, quem tem fobia de lugar fechado não ia conseguir ficar lá e outro ponto é so uns detalhes do quarto que é suite, com buraco na parede! E o cafe da manha é por fora, vale lembrar. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

O apartamento ainda estava finalizando a limpeza. Porém, estava bem limpo. Sentimos falta de taças que em todos os flats que alugamos tem. E achei bem apertado que nao mostra nas fotos. Experiência ruim. Já havia ficado em outros apartamentos no mesmo prédio, mas esse deixou muito a desejar. Um dos banheiros quebrado só abrindo água quente (fervendo). As camas muito ruins. Ar condicionado de um dos quartos fedendo a muita sujeira. Apartamento estava sujo, inclusive encontramos uma barata morta gigante no primeiro dia. Apartamento mal aparelhado, falta o básico, como xícaras por exemplo.

Appartement bien situé, calme et sécurisé. Cuisine suffisament équipé Pas de climatisation dans le salon du coup les nuits y sont chaudes. Communication difficile avec Solemar, nous leur avons dit que nous n'arrivions pas à ouvrir le robinet de la douche et que la climatisation gouttait dans la chambre, ils n ont rien fait.

Ja ficamos algumas vezes neste mesmo condomínio, a localização é excelente e o condomínio é ótimo. A última estadia tivemos alguns contratempos, a apartamento não estava limpo, e a ducha do banheiro de casal estava quebrado. O apartamento estava com um cheiro estranho, mas no geral eu gostei.
