I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the Beira Mar and beaches. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and resolved any problems immediately. It's not a five star hotel but it's an excellent value.

Otimo hotel para ficar em Iracema

Hotel confortável, 2 quadras da orla, quartos modernos, limpíssimo, cheiroso, com um bom café da manhã. Não tem muitas variedades mas tudo muito gostoso.O Mike e o Miguel simpáticos e resolutivos.Ficamos em apartamentos com uma vista bacana para o mar.

Ótima recepção e funcionários atenciosos. Quartos bem confortáveis. Só faço uma ressalva ao café da manhã. Para que você usufrua de todos os itens fornecidos pelo hotel é necessario acordar cedo. Durante os três dias que eu fiquei, fui para o Café às 09h e não tinha mais alguns itens e eles não repõem. A percepção que tenho é que o hotel não se prepara o suficiente para atender a demanda dos hóspedes. Pelo que percebi só tem 2 funcionários da cozinha e apesar de serem bem atenciosos, não dão conta sozinhos da demanda. Resumindo, acabei pagando pelo Café que pouco usufruí.

Não foi uma boa experiência. Os recepcionistas foram queridos mas, o café da manhã não é de qualidade. Chegamos para tomar o café as 9:20 não tinha mais ovos mexidos, pedimos para fazer e a moça disse que a cozinha ja tinha encerrado entretanto, o café encerrava as 10:00. Não tinha quase opção no café da manha. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado ficam instalados dentro do corredor dos quartos, o meu estava mal acomodado e fazia barulhos demais. Meu banheiro tinha uma janela que estava lacrada, não permitindo circulação de ar. televisão antiga demais, não tinha possibilidade de ligar um netflix, nem espelhar o celular. Nao voltaria na propriedade.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Fortaleza Mar Hotel, onde fiquei hospedada com meu namorado por 5 dias. Desde o momento do check-in até a nossa despedida, fomos muito bem recebidos por uma equipe atenciosa, simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto era super confortável, limpo e com uma vista linda — perfeito para descansar depois de explorar Fortaleza. A localização também é excelente: perto da praia, de restaurantes e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã da nossa estadia: variado, saboroso e servido com muito capricho. Além disso, o ambiente do hotel é tranquilo, agradável e muito bem cuidado, ideal para casais que querem relaxar e aproveitar momentos especiais, fui para comemorar meu aniversário e o hotel preparou uma surpresa no quarto e ainda me deixou mimos.
