Cheguei por volta das 16:45h do Sábado me deram uma apartamento no 14o andar, lembrando que piscina e bar estão no 15o andar. Saí em seguida para algumas compras, e retornei por volta das 20 horas. Parecia que a balada estava no meu quarto. Inclusive, alem da música, o barulho do pessoal dançando. Mudaram para o 7o andar mais o som foi até tarde, bem depois das 22 que me falaram na Recepção. Tem uma pia no quarto, e cabelo no dispenser do banheiro (cujos produtos nos potes de shampoo e sabonete eram iguais) tudo bem, mas o barulho não dá. Recomendo outras opções.

Não liberaram o quarto no check in antes das 14hs. Bom espaço no quarto, a pia do banheiro fica no quarto. Vários locais com divisórias pra guardar as coisas. O espaço do banheiro é pequeno. Quarto com vista mar, mini varanda. Espaço razoável no estacionamento que é rotativo. 12 andares, 3 elevadores, atende bem a demanda. Bom espaço do café da manhã, que fica no mesmo andar da recepção. O café básico, atende bem. Bem localizado. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Cheguei às 22hrs. Me ofereceram um quarto de n 1305 q o ar não funcionava. Ficar em fortaleza sem ar não dá. O Sr. JARDEL da recepção não queria trocar de quarto. Tive que insistir muito pra q isso acontecesse. Fui para o 1102. Chão encardido. Café da manhã repetitivo com produtos de baixa qualidade. Funcionários sempre com mal humor. Não recomendo

Reservei um quarto duplo e quando fiz o check-in não tinha o quarto reservado, me deram um quarto de casal e adicionaram uma cama de solteiro, o que deixou o quarto apertado, faltou organização e respeito ao hóspede nesse quesito. Mas no geral o hotel é bom, quarto confortável, café da manhã e restaurante bom, e o bar/piscina com uma vista muito bacana.

A experiencia foi a pior possível. Cheguei no hotel de madrugada e matei 6 baratas no banheiro. Pedi para detetizarem no outro dia e foi providenciado. N tive mais problemas com as baratas. Mas na terceira noite de hospedagem, cheguei no quarto e a fechadura n funcionou. Informei na portaria e depois de 45 minutos abriram o quarto e n conseguiram arrumar a fechadura. Tive q mudar de quarto, só transtorno.

Ar condicionado nao funciona Cafe da manha pessimo, servem uma salsicha e uma calabresa com cheiro podre de estragado todos os dias, devem comprar as mais baratas e sem qualidade nenhuma, horriveis. Sucos do cafe da manha todos os dias horriveis, aguado sem sabor, nao tem como beber. Cafe da manha é nota 00. Nao tem um ponto positivo pra ele, a area do cafe da manha os vidros mal limpos e sujos, da ate nojo de sentar perto, cafe fraco com poucas opcoes e as que tem sao ruins produtos baratos de qualidade duvidosa Os vidros e as janelas da area do cafe da manha sao sujos com espirros ate mesmo de comida e molho e nao sao limpos de jeito nenhum. Cortinas dos quartos podre de sujas pra quem tem rinite ou sinusite é um veneno. Hotel imponente porem velho estrutura precaria, e longe do centro e da praia. Ponto positivo piscina 24 horas porem nao oferecem toalhas para piscina.
