We chose this place for its proximity to the airport as we arrived late and had to leave early, but this will be the last time we make that mistake. Linen was dirty, so we had to use our own, the taxt driver tripled the price to go there, the breakfast was very limited and there was an aircon or something else outside the room that made a noise all night. We were on the 3rd floor with no lift so it was a struggle to get luggage up and down. Never again!

Chegamos em Fortaleza às 4 da manhã e nosso check in era meio dia no hotel próximo à praia, então ficamos nesse perto do aeroporto, que é uma opção muito confortável a preço justo. Gostaria de agradecer imensamente pois tínhamos chegado de madrugada e acordamos após o horário do café e morrendo de fome, as funcionárias foram muito muito gentis conosco, fazendo uma mesa de café da manhã pra gente, até misto quente fizeram pra gente. Muito obrigada mesmo! Não esqueceremos jamais!

O quarto estava limpo. A equipe de funcionários faz um atendimento de qualidade durante a estadia. O ar condicionado do quarto estava em excelentes condições. O quarto tinha TV, mesa de apoio e cabideiro para roupas. O banheiro tinha boas condições e atendeu perfeitamente para a limpeza pessoal. A recepção foi ótima, entretanto o quarto não tinha janela. E por esse motivo, estava com um cheiro terrível de mofo! O colchão tbm estava bem “mole”. Mas no quesito limpeza estava ok, roupas de cama e de banho, limpas. Mas realmente o cheiro de mofo foi um incomodo irreparável.
