Make yourself at home in this brilliant 4-bedroom 4-1/2 bath Fishers retreat. Each bedroom offers comfort, privacy, quality linens and direct bathroom access. In addition to a comfortable nights sleep, there is a dedicated office for work, a gaming area in the basement where you can enjoy a game of pool, some ping pong or foosball. There is a 55” tv and a work out area that includes a treadmill, elliptical, sweatlana and various other work out equipment. The home is located just one mile from beautiful Geist lake where you can rent boats at the marina or launch your own. It’s also located one mile from the only public beach on the lake, where you can rent kayaks! It’s located 8 miles from downtown fishers, 20 miles from downtown indianapolis, 7 miles from Ruoff music center. You can’t beat the location of this upscale neighborhood for accessing all indianapolis and Hamilton county has to offer. Whether you’re in town for family, business or pleasure, this is a great launch pad with its accessibility and all the comforts of home from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy bedroom to the gym and gaming.
