"The staff member that checked me in was rude, maybe she was having a bad day but she made feel like I was a nuisance for asking for an early check in. But the main reason for the (bad) review is that I left something I made in my room. I called the following day but it was past 5 and was told that “the cleaning staff has left for the day, call back tomorrow” I called back two days later and they still hadn’t located the handmade pin I made.
