"This was such a cool and lovely hotel to stay in. My son ended up having an allergic reaction to something unknown at breakfast, and rather than trying to turn away and ignore it, everyone from the server to the front desk staff jumped to attention and did everything they could to help figure out what might have happened. All the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. They were so helpful with guiding us on renting e-bikes and their price for renting e-bikes at the hotel can't be beat. We want to come back and stay for longer after our wonderful experience with them!"

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly. Parking was good. Everything was clean. My only problem is you can hear everything in the rooms. We got no sleep at all, which we needed so that we can do a 9 hour drive. So we are disappointed that no sleep occured. Soundproofing would be ideal or hang up more items as the hallways echo loudly. "

The hotel’s restaurant is an absolute gem, easily one of the best meals we had during our trip, delicious food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. Right by Lake Garda, it’s the ideal base for exploring, walking around, and soaking up the scenery. What really made the difference was the friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place, cozy, warm, and genuinely caring. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. "Nice hotel, very clean and well located. Good AC, well insulated windows from outside noise, nice size balcony. Fantastic breakfast with excellent choices (avoid coffee machine and get a nice coffee from the breakfast coffee bar instead). Swimming pool was nice for a morning swim. For the triple room, the single bed could be a bit bigger, and door closing system could be softer. "
