"Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, plenty of room to play board games and the pool... oh my gosh, the pool! The water temp was perfect, the floaties in the garage were perfect, the pool towels were handy and the patio was a great place to relax and chat. The hosts were very friendly and responsive when we contacted them. Oh and the inside thermostat temp schedule was perfect! Oh! And we picked a fresh lemon for our water!These gals from the cold, bitter north loved every minute."

"The overall experience at Fountain Palms was superb. The property manager, Dawn, is prompt with return texts. The property is clean and is well kept. The property is in a safe neighborhood and close to an abundance of outdoor activities. Fountain Hills is away from Scottsdale and Phoenix. Therefore, it is quiet, however, there is plenty of things to do and great restaurants to try. I would highly recommend this property."

"We had a great time at the Five Palms VRBO. The hosts were very courteous and communicated well. The backyard, pool and patio were spectacular and perfect for our needs! The views from the back and front of the house were amazing and quintessential Fountain Hills. We had the pool heated (March stay) and it was extremely comfortable and we spent most of our time in it. Even with the heat my wife made use of the hot tub that is kept nice and hot. There are 2 nice grills available as well as an outdoor fire place which we did not use. There is ample parking in the driveway and could probably fit up to 5 cars if needed. There is no access to the garage allowed. The layout of the house is a bit odd, but we made it work. Note that you need to pass through a bedroom to get to the small apt above the garage, unless you go out the door to the upper deck and take the stairs down to the patio and go back in at the kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen is fairly small, but the appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils were adequate for any meals you would want to make. The small room off the kitchen has a TV and Nintendo switch gaming system that our kids loved. The larger living room had a large TV and comfortable couch for chilling in the AC (which worked well during an unusually warm March, upper 90s!).Overall, the stay was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Will likely stay there again in the future if it's available. Thanks for your hospitality and great communication. "

"Make sure you read the description and that the place meets your needs. For instance, I only realized upon arrival that parking is in a small uncovered south facing dirt patch, which made for some interesting first few minutes in the car during the 105 degree days this March. The furnishings are unique to say the least including a table with a border made of real barbed wire. That was fun to brush up against in the middle of the night. The road in front appears to be some kind of raceway so with no sidewalks I'd suggest levitation. Altogether I would avoid if you have young children. And only visit during the local period of reasonable weather (currently the first three weeks of January, although this may be slashed in coming years). Otherwise, five stars. "

"The condo was beautiful and relaxing with everything we needed for a great and memorable stay! Great communication from management as well as centrally located and a spacious layout. Would definitely stay here again!"
