"We left today after a delightful stay at the Very,Very Private Condo in Fountain Hills. The condo was exactly as listed and everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The folks around the property were fun to visit with and welcoming at the pool and hot tub. Fountain Hills is a very active community with a beautiful fountain in the center of a wonderful park and community center. Our host was easy to contact…he check in with us early to assist in our stay. I felt he would be responsive if anything was needed. Definitely would choose this property for future AZ adventures. "

"We had an amazing time spending the week at this beautiful home. We spent our days relaxing by the super warm pool and our nights watching movies in the main room. There is a lot of seating in the backyard which was perfect to soak up the sun or stay under the covered patio in the shade. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. The split bedroom floor plan was great. Having the main bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side gave everyone privacy.The location was excellent! Just a short drive to Fountain Park! Jill was an excellent host, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions."

"The check in was ridiculous. The phone number listed on the email went to a different rental agency. They had to patch is into the correct company. Who then said they couldn't get the check in code to us because they were driving. Sent us to another person, all while waiting in the 92 degree sun (we were on bikes, no car for ac) she made is wait while she composed a text with the information, instead of just telling us while on the phone. The home itself was very clean and quiet. "

"This property was exactly like how it was described on VRBO. It was stocked with everything imaginable. I did not have to purchase a thing. Great location. The owner Bethany was such a nice, accommodating and extremely thoughtful person. I stayed for the winter, 3 months, and enjoyed my stay each day. I brought my little Havanese, Maui, and he settled right in. My experience was a 10 out of 10 and will rent again for sure. Thanks Beth!!"

"The property itself was clean. It worked well for sleeping when our children came with our grandchildren. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking the dog.Goodnight Stay did not deliver services that were paid for. Heated Pool is in their description. The pool does have heat but it does not work unless they turn it on manually - we contacted them and waited for service 4 timesWe arrived on March 8 - There was no "welcome pack"-- Pool skimmer was broken. Was required to send pictures as proof. 2 days later, we had purchased all items plus a new pool skimmer--pool thermometer was broken. Purchased a thermometer-- pool was 68 degrees. We were told that it would take time to heat -and had to sign a waiver. We paid 150 per day to heat the pool - 3,300 overall. March 16 the pool maint came. We asked about heater. He left- no response but we get message stating that if we wanted pool heat we had to request it five days in advance and pay 150/day which we had already done and paid 3300. After sending pool tech for confirmation pool wasn't being heated, we received a 1200 credit for 8 days. Pool heater ran that day - stopped . Called back and requested service - 3 days later they sent a rep with pool tech on the phone. Breaker blown - heat turned on. Stopped againContacted them again and sent pics as proof of no heat. Used grill - grill brush melted and burnt - bought new one. Submitted form for refund 3/29. Said response in 3-5 days. NOTHING YET!"

"Property was exactly as described, location is perfect, right off Main Street through Fountain Hills near downtown. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are enjoyable and clean. Would stay here again!"

"Well appointed kitchen. Lots of fun outdoor space - pool, cabana, putting green. Loved watching the sunrises and sunsets reflected on the mountains. Close to town - great location. Host was very responsive to our questions. "
