"This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. "We had a wonderful stay and Dana was a fantastic and responsive host for our couple questions. Indoor/outdoor living with the covered deck space was perfect for evenings and we enjoyed the swing on the boat dock and grilling for dinner. Highly recommend!"

There was easily more space for another 5 students. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. My students were so excited to be able to grill on the patio and fish from the dock. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. "This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!"
