Everything was great. The only concern I had was that it appeared that the bed I slept in had been slept in . The fitted sheet was wrinkled

Staff worked with me on getting bill payment accomplished with my company

Mr. Rob at the front desk was very friendly, as was the owner, very nice man. The room was clean, no weird smells, spacious and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked beautifully. (We like to sleep at 68*)The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. There is a sauna as well, but we didn't use it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was just perfect for us

always a great choice when in the area on business

Staff was great, bedding was excellent. Parking a bit limited but not horrible.

Only "bad" thing, I saw in the AM during breakfast hours, youner lookim front desk person seemed to be caretaker for keeping up breakfast items. I saw here use her BARE hand to straighten out bagel/ bread area. The later seeing her appear to rub/wipe her nose with back of hand. Sanitart, IMO, NO ! I did mention to day manager the latter who apologized and AGREED. other wise very nice clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay sgaint

I had a two week stay at the Sparrow. I wish I could have bought the place. It had everything I needed. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Everything in town was close by. Not far from the beaches. The host provides beach towels for the beach, which I found very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the way the room was set up. The bed was comfortable. It was a lady in the office when I checked in and a guy when I checked out. They both were very nice. I had forgot my earrings and the guy called to inform me. He had offered to hold them for me. Next time I visit that area, I’ll stay there again!!

We went to visit our daughter and her family like we have since 2011.We stayed here before and it was high and no where as nice as it is now. Wasn't clean smelling and was dissatisfied in the quality before for the price we paid back then. We walked in fresh smelling, was very pleasant!!! The room was extra clean, looked remodeled and new bed linings very good mattress not worn. The staff was very pleasant and nice. Had a great breakfast each morning... VERY SATISFYING !!!

Hotel was clean well maintained and staff was polite and friendly.

Spending the night on a continuing trip. Very pleasant. Spotless linen, fluffy pillows, clean room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.
