"It rained the first night we were there and water was coming through the front windows. The wood and base boards were not sealed well and were already water logged. Mini water falls of rain got into our suitcases and work bags. The house is in need of some Upkeep and work especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and main bedroom where the water leak happened. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
