"Pool equipment is all broken. Even the blocks around the pool are loose and if stepped on the edge wrong could cause injury. I have video evidence backing all claims. Gym is just bare and basic. The flat bench that is there wobbles and feels like its going to break and all rusted up. There were multiple floors that got flooded with water and hallways were soaked. Then they brought in fans to dry and the floors smelled moldy..everytime i came back to my room it was moist and musty smelling. Anywhere you park outside all the trees nearby leave pollen and leafs all over making your rental dirty fast. If you have a courtyard balcony dont waste you're time opening it because the buildings LOUD AC units above the main lobby.. honestly.. worst vacation motel experience and it was my first time flying and going to florida.. much more to add.."

"We hated the electronic cell phone required door lock systems. God forbid you leaving the unit without your cell phone or a weak battery. Initial entry/check-in instructions quite vague. Would never dream of staying there again."

"The kitchen has a fridge microwave and stove if you want to cook meals. It was very clean it was located near the Highway near restaurants and stores easy access. The guy clerk with gray hair was really nice and patient. The black lady that was the hotel clerk was very rude. The only thing is you have to get new towels or tissue only during business hours no breakfast and throw your own trash out no room service. It was affordable for the week I was there. If I ever come back hope they work on staffs attitude also there were certain noises trough the night or arguing in other rooms kept me up "

"The property owner failed to send me the key code. We couldn't get a hold of her so we had to spend 280 to stay in a hotel for the night. Finally got a hold of her and got into the room the next day. All of the dushes in the dishwasher were dirty. No pans to cook with only a couple pots. We bought a pan and left it for others. Took 3 weeks and 3 calls to VRBO to get refunded for the one night. VRBO was great in how the handled this situation "
