There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again"

"The condo was great! It was so nice and quiet, and we were able to relax like we wanted. I loved going out on the deck every morning with my iced coffee and a book and watch and listen to the waves come in. The condo was very close to the small public beach in Cedar Key, so we were able to go shelling two of the mornings. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We would definitely recommend this unit for a relaxing and laid back vacay!"
