"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and escalated the situation unnecessarily, and the cleanliness and safety were terrible, ultimately resulting in us being asked to leave. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more hospitable and fair environment. "

"Nice and clean The toilet seats look like they are dirty they changed the seat in the room abd the new seat had the same stained look The cleaning staff peerended not to speak english.. "

"This place was amazing from the time you walk in the door to check-out time. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The view from our hotel room was pretty nice look at the Braves Baseball Stadium. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta!!!"

"Hotel was in very good condition, Accommodating staff, clean room and good shower. Of the 3 complimentary breakfasts I had on this trip this hotel’s was the best. I was exhausted from the road when I arrived and it was so nice to have a Carrabba‘s literally 450 feet from the hotel entrance. The only negative was a LOT of road noise from the Interstate very noticeable in the room. Bring some kind of white noise maker. "

"I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. At first I was terrified because of the reviews. I’m assuming management addressed them expeditiously since the reviews I read were recent. It’s located in the Battery and a premiere location. Waffle House and Wendy’s are literally steps away. So is the sky jumping facility. The room was clean and there were no bedbugs as other guests had complained of. Also the room was not that much out of date as claims in other reviews. Could update the flooring and remove the carpeting and also update the shower with a walk in but other than that it good. The bathroom and room were well lit unlike previous reviews. Also the elevators were working unlike claimed in previous reviews Although one wasn’t working our first 2 days there, but not a big deal. The pool however was still closed for repairs, so that was a bummer. Breakfast was good also. Good options. Management was nice. We got extra towels and toothpaste with no hassle. We overall enjoyed our stay."
