We rented the property because of description of the space, the pool, and in large part because they were rated super host. Unfortunately, although owners took our calls none of the issues below were resolved nor did they provide a refund for their inability to provide the rental property as described.
Major Issues
The two refrigerators in the kitchen did not work and a full repair was not available until after our trip (parts needed to be replaced).
The pool, two issues here - 1.) The pool maintenance people showed up UNANNOUNCED and without warning in the backyard - no respect for privacy and no heads up from the owners either. 2.) The pool was unavailable for 24 hours because it had to be shocked which means maintenance was not up to date
Kitchen items not enough for the size of guests. Key appliances were unusable (blender, Keurig,)
Upstairs bathtub had standing pool of water, sink is constantly leaking
2nd Washer/dryer did not work
Master Bedroom box spring broken, bed is caving in, nails are poking out of the frame, locks on the patio doors do not work
Some TV’s did not have power cords or remotes
Outdoor Grill unusable, burners were rusted out, flame was inconsistent/concentrated
Semi-indoor cooking space near the pool area was filthy & unusable
Ceramic tiles coming off in pool (safety hazard) right on the steps into pool
Pool table pockets are torn billiard balls fall to the floor every time
