"This is a really lovely apartment, comfortably appointed with many niceties. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Mass General/B&W Faulkner Hospital, where my husband was having major surgery. Hitesh and Priyanka were incredibly kind and patient, especially given my slow responsiveness to messages due to my distractions while caring for my husband at the hospital. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with lots of reminders for guests around the building to observe...

"The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough."

"When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!"

"3 night stay with nine adults. Plenty of space for us all! The house was exactly as pictured and described, very easy to access via smart locks and very clean. Access to the commuter rail was a very quick walk down the hill. We were delighted to see wild turkeys in the park across the street."

"We had a perfectly good time at the property. All the necessary things needed for a comfortable stay are in the property. Everything was neat and clean and as advertised. The property isn’t too far away from the downtown area either."

"My sister and my son and I had a great weekend up near Boston at this beautifully furnished colonial home. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. There was a snack basket and a bottle of sparkling cider waiting for us on arrival and the house was in a great location ñ. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you are in that area Best David Upson"

"Attended son’s college graduation. All family members were able to attend and stay together. The house was roomy and clean and very well stocked. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator weren’t working but I didn’t have time to tell the owner. Everything else was amazing. Lots of parking! Great place to stay!"

"Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided."

"The house is awesome. It is very large, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The video game system is great. The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. We will come back."

"We had three couples share this property for a fun weekend in Boston. We were going to a show in the theatre district, restaurants in the South End and Southie. A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!"

"Great stay and very convenient to visit Boston. Very spacious if you have a big group. I would suggest some hooks in bathrooms and near door. We couldn’t hand towels or jackets. Very minor suggestion, overall great stay."

"Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. "
