Good stay over hotel

Hotel is ok. Rooms are outdated. Furniture isn't good. TV to old that the signal didn't work, pitty because it had all cable channels. Bed was good, but the hall is very noisy, so if you can't sleep easy you will hear everything. I used earplugs, so was ok. Travel enough to not forget those :-). It's a good stay over hotel, breakfast is ok etc. Parking was 20rs,but when we left, they gave 2 cold water for the travel, so was a nice gesture.

The outside of the property looks nice, parking is easy and parking staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the property has no elevators and we only found out after loading the cart with our luggage! The ac does not work and the sink only has 1 temperature working, the other is totally missing the turn on/off handle. Sadly, while this place has potential, one should avoid this place!

O funcionários foram muito solícitos e resolveram o problema com relação à reserva, que havia sido causada pelo site Hoteis.com. Porém, a noite, tinha um funcionário tentando arrumar uma fechadura da porta do quarto ao lado, causando muito barulho. Sem respeito algum a quem queria descansar. Após acionar a recepção, o problema foi solucionado. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom!

O hotel é excelente. Tive apenas um pequeno problema com o restaurante. Havia um anúncio oferecendo um festival de sopas por R$ 35,00 POR PESSOA. Posto desta forma nos induz a acreditar que pelo preço fixo de R$ 35,00 é possível tomar várias cumbucas de e sopa. Todavia, estavam cobrando R$ 35,00 por cumbuca de sopa!

De modo geral, o hotel é bom, apenas bom. Um ponto altamente negativo foi o desrespeito ao direito do consumidor pela gerência do restaurante, que se recusou a cumprir o preço anunciado para o festival de caldos. Os cartazes fixados no hotel indicavam preço "por pessoa", mas o gerente disse que era "por cumbuca de caldo", o que não faz o menor sentido. Lamentável sob todos os aspectos. Anexo foto do anúncio.

Precisa melhorar muito.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Dan In, porem é a segunda vez que chego faço check in e o quarto nao esta liberado, preciso me trocar no banheiro da recepção para poder chegar ao meu compromisso e tenho que guardar as malas de volta no carro, somente quando volto do compromisso é que conaigo pegar as chaves. Outra coisa o check in uma fila imensa para pouco funcionários... tendo uma fila de 40 minutos.

As fotos do Hotel no site, não condiz com a realidade. A piscina do hotel parece uma banheira de criança, e no site diz que é climatizada, uma mentira. O ar condicionado do quarto é muito fraco, e a cama super desconfortável. Pedi uma porção de peixe tilápia, o peixe estava horrível, gosto de peixe velho e sem nenhum tempero. Resumindo, a experiência foi ruim.

O hotel é bom. Quarto confortável e cama grande com colchão bom. O problema é o atendimento. Os funcionários precisam ser treinados para atender o público. Em muitos momentos, responderam como se estivéssemos de favor no hotel. Um absurdo chegar cheia de bagagens, não ter elevador para subir e também não ter ninguém para transportar as bagagens. Eu e minha amiga estávamos à trabalho, tenho 50+ e fomos obrigadas a subir super carregadas o que me travou a coluna. Estacionamento pago. Reposição de produtos de higiene no quarto só conseguimos depois de solicitar várias vezes e mais uma vez como se fosse um favor, faziam cara feia e respondiam como se fossemos amigos e não clientes do Hotel.

Pergunte se tem evento acontecendo antes de se hos

A estadia em si foi boa, mas nao fomos informados em momento algum que em um dos dias haveriam eventos no hotel, o que deixou ele cheio de pessoas dificultando acesso mas principalmente com muitooooo barulho tarde da noite, como fomos com criança pequena foi difícil colocar para dormir com todo o barulho do show. O mínimo era ter nos avisado antes, ja que o quarto não tem tratamento acustico.
