"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! "Pretty basic hotel with friendly staff and nice bathroom. 2 minute walk to the lake and nearest restaurant and 5 minutes to the town centre. On the negative side there were only scrambled eggs and bacon as hot savoury choices for breakfast. Also the entry gates are locked at night which isn't usually a problem as there is someone on reception for 24 hours, however on one night I had to climb over!"

"I had such a nice stay in IseoLago, I went on my own and all the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Especially the receptionist who helped me find alternative transport when the trains were on strike, and the one who told me it was a safe area to walk in as I was travelling on my own. The spa was so relaxing and the breakfast was lovely. "

"Prices have gone up but service has gone massively down, still a nice property to relax for a couple of days but probably there are better options for the same price. "
