The first person reception operator was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but when we arrived at 11 pm we were unsure of the door to enter on the building across the street from the main hotel. the night operator could not help us in English. this person hung up on us because we had trouble communicating in Italian that we were confused and The first person was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but the night operator could not help us in English. could not find our room. We eventually opened the unlocked door that seemed like a residence and found our room number inside. We also left clothing behind and they could not find it.

Zuverlässiger Kontakt vor Anreise per WhatsApp. Ein sehr einladendes gemütliches Hotel. Umgebung ist ein Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig und sicher. Am besten man hat ein Auto, dann ist es nach Brescia nicht weit. Auch zum Gardasee braucht man nur eine Stunde. Wir danken für das größere Zimmer ohne Aufpreis!! Der Duft im Flur ist sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Tutto molto bello. Albergo immerso nelle vigne della Franciacorta con una vista assai gradevole. Personale cortese e camere molto spaziose e pulite.

Une nuit seulement ... Pas d'ascenseur, chambre sans placard, sans crochet pour suspendre des vêtements, sans table, une seule table de nuit. une grande salle de bain très mal agencée, petit déjeuner pauvre. bref ce n'est pas un bon souvenir.
