"We really enjoyed staying at the AC Hotel. The staff were friendly, especially Myah at breakfast. We were given a room on the 28th floor so we had great views and it was very quiet! The room was very comfortable and even though we had a minor problem with the minibar it was replaced immediately. Everywhere was very clean and there were lots of choices for breakfast. We didn’t use the gym or the pool/spa so I can’t comment. The hotel was situated about 20/25 minutes walk from the old town which we didn’t find a problem and there were 2 bus stops if you needed them to go to Trogir, the old town, the airport etc. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again!"

"Large room, very clean"

"For one I cannot recommend the spa enough. Both me and my other traveller had the best massages we’ve ever had and we’ve both had a lot in our time. The facilities within the hotel were lovely. Breakfast was a bit predictable but you could have varied it yourself as there was enough choice, including an omelette and pancake station. The room’s decor was not the prettiest but it wasn’t hideous. The centre was walkable along the beach from the hotel and it took about 40 minutes, I would say don’t stop on your way to the centre for a drink as I paid €7 for a coke at one of the places. My major problem is that the surrounding area was incredibly unappealing. It doesn’t do the centre of Split justice. There was abandoned and graffitied building sites right next to the hotel. As well as lots of building work going on around it, specifically right next to the beach club. Obviously, this is eventually going to be beneficial to the area as what they’re building sounds great. But makes for a rather disappointing experience and creates a lot of dust as well. "

"We landed in Split at 11pm. Having never been to Croatia before we were concerned about getting a ride and getting into the room so late. Ivana was fantastic about organizing a ride. The driver had my name on a card at baggage claim and got us to VIP Rooms. She provided us with a code for the front door and a code to our room. It all went flawlessly. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. After 24 hours of travel I was very appreciative of the simplicity and we had the best night of sleep I've had in months."

The very lovely Inna made me feel like I was home from the moment I stepped in. Such a warm and kind welcome. She really made the whole experience one I will not forget.
