"Clean room. The room was pretty big. Staff were very friendly, helpful. The property was beautiful. Some rooms might be outdated. The food was a disappointment. Wish there’s more authentic Mexican food."

"Overall a great experience for our family, the kid swim park was closed for a couple days straight during our stay. But the ocean was clean so we used that instead. The restaurant options were nice, might come back next year. The staff were super friendly"

"Place is great very nice and easy free shuttle to beach zone i highly recommend walking out the property walking couple blocks to the main street and renting a scooter the whole stay/day i got it all 3 days and parked it at the hotel very easy to commute to local cenotes,beaches,pyramid very fun all the locals are on scooters very safe!!!!"

"Perfect for my 40th birthday with another couple. A bit disappointed with the steak from the steakhouse but the other food options were great. The guys actually took a short excursion to fish and they prepared our caught fish with a special table and dinner for us. Highly recommend that experience! Spa experience was probably the best I've had and the water at the beach was so calm and peaceful. Would suggest bringing bug spray as little tiny flies were annoying and mosquitoes came out towards the evening. Also bring your own snorkel gear. Plenty on snorkeling water, but no equipment on property available. There just isn't a shop on premise for basic essentials. Rooms were spacious, cool and comfortable! Would go back for a long weekend experience with friends!"
