"Staff was amazing. So accommodating. They took our luggage before our room was ready and had it waiting for us in our room. They helped us order dinner the 1st night as jet lag set in and our plans changed. Since our plans changed we did not have euros yet and they kindly exchanged for us. ALL staff greet you with a smile!"

The front desk booked taxi for us for 4:45 am to go to the airport. The taxi didn’t show up. That’s the company hotel always works with. Maybe they should not. Doesn’t look like reliable company. "
