Clean and convenient for 1 night stay

Hotel was clean and convenient for our road trip headed toward Sorrento. Not a lot of dining options nearby, but we had a car. Beds/pillows weren't real comfortable, but it was fine for a 1 night stay. Overall, nice property

Una bella struttura, periodo di bassa stagione quindi ci sta che la reception sia aperta solo sino alle 19.30. E la colazione dopo le 08.30. anche gentilmente hanno organizzato un piatto freddo di dolci protetti con domopack. Il parcheggio e estrerno quindi in strada. Difficile dare un giudizio obiettivo prezzo un tantino eccessivo

Comfortable, but better cleaning choices

A cool hotel with fun and funky decor, but I don't think anyone had stayed in my room for quite some time. There were silverfish in the sheets, mayflies on the walls, and mosquitoes buzzing around inside. Whoever had cleaned the room last had used an entire can of Axe body spray as air freshener (and left the can in the trash). I still slept well, though.

Cold shower!

Lovely staff but I didn't realise there was no restaurant in the hotel so arrived at 9pm and no chance of any food. The bar stock was very limited - no white or rose wine! The walls are paper thin - could hear next door's TV loudly. In the morning, the water was stone cold so could not have a shower. I informed reception of this but there was no adjustment in my bill. The breakfast was fine and wifi good.

Fam. Besuch. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen aber in 2min ist man auf der Autobahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und Zimmer ist sehr sauber.

Wir waren in diesen Hotel schon zum vierten mal,alle sind nett und freundlich.Eine sache hat mich enttäuscht dieses mal ,da wir vor der Frühstück abgereist sind wollten noch für die kinder noch 2 gefüllte gipfeli mitnehmen ,da das personal es im frühstück saal gerade brachte und er sagte NEIN .Ich fand es schade weil wir denn frühstück eigentlich bezahlt haten ...Das ist die einzige negative Bemerkung wo wir haben sonst alles ok und wir buchen dort wieder für das nächste jahr.

We found this hotel late as we just needed a place to stay. The hotel itself looks very nice, and the hotel area is very pretty. The room was a Little bit more tired. Breakfast was ok, and we got everything we needed at this stay

Durchgehend schlechte Erfahrung. keine Restaurantbedienung- sei nur offenm für Event Bar ohne Snacks und Eiscreme im Sommer in Italien?! schlechte Bedienungoder gar keine beim Frühstück ,welches aber genügend ausreichend war. Keine ROLLSTUHL tauglichen Zimmer,obwohl so im ANGEBOT Keine mehrsprachigen Angestellten - nur Italienisch!!steht auch anders im Beschrieb. Keine Hilfbereitscheift bei genügend Personal und ohne viele Gäste in dieses Hotel geht man nur 1 x und nie wieder.

Modernes Hotel ohne Restaurant

Nicht behindertengerechtes Hotel. Wir hatten sehr Mühe, konnten das Bad nicht benutzen.(Nach der behindertengerechten Zusage per Mail.) Auch kein Restaurant vorhanden,( Goumetrestaurant mit schönsten Bilder steht im Hotelprofil wie auch auf der Homepage) auch keines in nächster Nähe. Grosses Problem und riesen grosser Aufwand um wieder mit dem Rollstuhl in ein Sonderfahrzeug zu steigen um Nachtessen zu gehen. Direkte Reklamation bei der Leitung vor Ort wurde nicht akzeptiert, und wir wurden unfreundlich des Hotel verwiesen wenns uns nicht passt. Das ist absolut Unprofessinelles Verhalten. Wir wollten nur das sie die falschen Angaben von der Homepage nehmen. um zukünftige Kunden korrekt zu orientieren.

Ottimo Hotel e ottima posizione!

hotel pulito, stanze pulite e profumate e check in 24/24 h . Siamo arrivato intorno alle 3 di notte ed il personale è stato disponibile e cortese. Risveglio fuori orario per la colazione ma ci è stata comunque offerta al bar così come l'acqua in stanza. Consigliatissimo!
