A 15-minute walk from the city center, the RER C station, 40 minutes from Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower and line H, 25 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord, and close to the A15 motorway. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The house is rated 3 out of 5 stars by the Ministry of Tourism, which ensures a certain level of comfort and security. Water, gas, and electricity are included in the nightly rate for normal use of the house. The permitted quantities are specified in the seasonal rental agreement, as well as any potential charges for excess consumption.
