"Im Prinzip ok, jedoch lässt sich das Dachgeschoss zum Schlafen schlecht lüften. Wir hatten tagsüber recht hohe Aussentemperaturen, das relativ kleine Dachfenster lässt sich jedoch nur einen Spalt weit öffnen, somit entsteht kaum ein kühlender Luftzug. Alternative war nur : Haustür komplett auf, aber will man das in der Nacht zur Schlafenszeit?"

"Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in einer sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zu einem Supermarkt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Harlingen und verschiedene Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz in der Sportstraat, ca. 300m entfernt ist unbewacht und kostet amTag 10.- Euro. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir nur einmal einen kurzen, sehr netten Kontakt, da diese dann selbst im Urlaub waren."

"If you are looking for a bog standard corporate hotel this is not the place for you however if you are looking for an hotel with character and very helpful staff try this out. We were greeted by the manager who, on seeing that we were on motorbikes, very kindly opened her garage for us to store them overnight. The rooms, reached by a steep winding staircase, are a bit tired and could do with a revamp but they are clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The WiFi was good in both the rooms and the public areas. The bar was welcoming and the breakfast was very good indeed. The location was excellent, one canal away from the centre. If passing through again I would definitely stay here again."
