"Friendly staff at check in and in Concierge; the valet evening staff could have been more cordial. However, the young man, Future, was very personable and hospitable. Clean, spacious room. Biggest complaint would be the non working elevators and the broken ice machine on the Concierge level."

My keys didn't work I had to get them changed three times. The breakfast was good a decent selection. Ms Hattie was fantastic cordial, friendly, very engaging and professional. The venue was close to where we had to go so in that regard it was a plus. The parking was safe and convenient. "

"Someone didn't like me using that room and left a used condom right outside my door around 6 pm. It remained there, untouched, as of 7 am the next morning. Staff was great and had wonderful dining suggestions for people coming from out of town."

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."
