First I would have given an higher score but I ordered a non smoking room and must've gotten smoking cause it reaked of cigarettes smoke. Sink was clogged with hair and shower head didn't work properly but they switched it out ASAP. Staff was excellent. No encounters with bed bugs so that's an 5 star there towels and rags were overwhelming used we just bought our own. For the price and area it's in 3 stars Staff gets 5 stars overall 3

Room was not really ok for me. Although it was a nonsmoking room, it was a bit suffocating. Noisy outside during sleeping hours, the shower head was leaking when I turn on the bottom faucet, towels and sheets were not changed.

The room was very dirty. Stains in the bed and cigarette burns on pillows and sheets. Floor and walls filthy! I requested a refund and the front desk worker said he had to get it approved by management. He did refund the fees and I’m currently waiting g fo full refund. Never again 😌

There was a ceiling tile missing above the shower and the pipe dropped all night. The air conditioner cover was broken and did not fit in the a/c. There were 2 pillows only for the king bed and cigarette burns in all the furniture surfaces. The room was listed as nonsmoking but the door indicated smoking and the room had a smoke odor.

I will not recommend this place to anyone, and they shouldn't be in business. The rooms had cockroaches, and the bedding sheets were so dirty. I had to walk out of there with my family and get another hotel in the middle of the night.

Rooms were dirty never clean. Never gave me my deposit back towels were nasty floor was nasty are king room use to be the landry room it had 2 rooms one had pipes sticking out the wall the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to get into the shower we had a king room with only 2 pillows. Towels were baby towels and dirty the place needs an upgrade pool was open.

A little disappointed to arrive 5 hours past check in time and still have to wait 45 minutes before our room was ready. Our room was clean, but the sink faucet was loose, the fire alarm was not installed, and the morning coffee and advertised breakfast were non-existent. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but this property has a ways to go to approach Wyndham standards.

Someone didn't like me using that room and left a used condom right outside my door around 6 pm. It remained there, untouched, as of 7 am the next morning. Staff was great and had wonderful dining suggestions for people coming from out of town.
