"Optimal location right on the beach and boardwalk. Pool area was great with drink and food service. Room was large and comfy. My only complaint was that one woman at the front desk was rude on a few occasions to both myself and a couple friends, giving an attitude and being impatient, unhelpful. Others were fine and improved the experience in that regard"

"The customer service was awesome. Makayla at the front desk was sweet and very helpful! She is a student working in the US this summer coming from Italy. I really appreciated all she did for my family and to help make our short stay wonderful. We all really liked the convenience of the beach being so close. There were two hoses to clean up in the parking area coming off the beach. The grab and go breakfast was pretty good and basic but yummy enough. The crabcake factory below our building was very accommodating to us too. We had a party of 10 and they got us in quickly and we all agreed the food and service there was great too! All in all, we stayed for about 24 hours on our way through and we really had a lovely time!"

"the suite is great, we arrived a day early and stayed in a normal room it was clean but would say it is very small and tight. but the room we booked was great perfect for two adults. would be great for a couple kids as well. the staff was great got us in early and was very helpful. great view of ocean and it is on the board walk, but remember the board walk where hotel sits is on 23rd street and the numbers go down to 1st street i believe. so you have to walk if you want to see complete board walk. I would stay again. and recommend the suite."
