"Booked for a night as we transited between Heraklion, Athens and Singapore. Everything went smoothly and we got clear concise instructions on how to access our room as there is no onsite reception. Room was very spacious which is always a plus when you have 4 people with lots of luggage. Shuttle was efficient. Would highly recommend."

"Apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Check in and out instructions were easy. The courtyard area was not well lit so finding your room could be a challenge if you arrive after dark. Several restaurants in walking distance. Airport transfers were on time, but keep in mind when scheduling your times that they can pick up and drop off more than one property and they use a van lot at the airport that is a few minute walk from the terminal."

"Evening buffet wasn’t too bad, but we arrived about an hour into service and there wasn’t mix left. The bedroom was meant to be for 2 adults and 1 child, what we for was 2 single beds shoved together and no bedding for the “sofa” bed. Breakfast was poor. "

"I was only able to stay for a few hours as I got to hotel late and had an early flight to leave. The hotel staff made sure my checking very smooth and fast, and helped me bring all my stuff to the room. Everything is very smooth and told me that the clock change. The room is very comfortable which helped me fall into sleep "

"We had an excellent stay. Maria is an exceptional hostess who really took care of every detail!! She is very pleasant, The apartment is clean and well kept, and she went the extra mile to accommodate our needs such as 2 cribs. She even had some snacks and chocolates… One thing to bear in mind… there was a dog barking and a few cats meowing that did wake our light sleeping daughter in the evening (at 21:00). If the sound of animals bother you… but overall we had a very nice stay and were very happy!!"

"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere. Beware of impersonal and substandard management. "

"We felt good and all, but when we are using the shower, water was leaking from the drain to outside room which caused lot of frustration and inconvenience. It shouldn't be like that. Not sure how it was missed out from the host"
