"Loved the parking garage"

"This place was so very well maintained. The staff at front desk were very kind. The room was wonderful. Clean and spacious. I would stay here again for sure."

"You can’t beat the downtown location. The hotel has specious gathering areas with a lovely bar. Valet staff were exceptional."

"The first room I was put in had a water bug in the sink and both shower doors slid to the right if not pushed firmly to the left. So I was quickly moved to a wonderful room, with no such issues. The staff are absolutely wonderful, from the room cleaners to the front desk - hard working and cheerful, and always very helpful. They understand gracious hospitality better than most."

"The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. We could simply have parked at an adjacent office building and saved $36. Also IG would have been nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the Norwich we have had at other Hilton’s."

"The room was very clean and very quiet at night. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great stay and would stay in the future!"

"Clean and extremely friendly staff"

"Extremely great stay every staff was so kind and the room even had a stove with pans!"

"Not very clean"

"Helpful staff, clean rooms."

"All good!"
