" Cottage had strong mildew odor when we arrived,discovered the next day it was coming from the clothes washer. After running a couple of empty cycles the odor was abated. The BBQ is still(previously commented last year) in a shed overgrown with plants, and not usable. The kitchen is well equiped, the house is shabby chic, comfortable Entry gate could use some work, hard to open, on site parking is street parking. The neighborhood is quiet walkable. "
