"We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at the house. Its a great location of you want to also hit up the casinos, which we did. The area is nice and quiet so we really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. My only cons is the basic cleanliness/upkeep. I know that the outside will have leaves and branches due to having trees around but the corner areas of wet piles of leaves and the weeds in all the gravel made it look really unkept. "Some appliances didn’t work, dirty with spiderwebs in kitchen. Beds needed to be updated. Loved the small pool table in the main room. Spacious kitchen and main living room. Very small street and tight driveway to enter property. Nice big screen tv’s in each room."

"The property is amazing. The photos really do not do it justice. It's way bigger than I imagined. 6 adults and a child had so much space to hang out and coexist. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. It's next to one of the best cocktail bars in America too (Port of Call)."

"It's a cute little apartment. The beds were comfy. The parking situation is a bit odd because the people that live in the house have many vehicles but they really made sure to move their cars around to accommodate ours. Communication was a little lacking, I had to specifically ask for check in/house access instructions and then I got no response to my questions about checking out and where they wanted used towels, etc but overall it was a great spot for sleeping/resting and I would stay again. "

"My friends and I had an incredible time at this property. Just an hour and a half from Boston, we were shocked to feel so "off the grid" and enjoy some peace and privacy. The house is beautiful, modern, and very accommodating for groups. We really enjoyed the access to the pond, hot tub, and space for outdoor fun. Would 10/10 recommend."
