This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...

"LOVED this hotel! It's a totally unique property in a renovated paper mill and warehouse, right on the waterfront. The staff was lovely -- very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE with super high ceilings, a nice couch, chair, and desk, and a firm but comfortable bed. The property continues on into a convention center, with a restaurant, bar, and entertainment venues. There's a great gym across the street that your stay gains you access to. It's a quick 15-20 minute drive to Oxford and Miami U. We will absolutely stay here again!"
