"We loved the location and cleanliness. Room was beautiful. The only issue is Expedia did not list that the pool was closed for the season. We picked this hotel specifically for that and couldn't use the pool."

"Very good hotel for a very good price. The breakfast was good, but I wish it started at 6:00 every day instead of not until 7:00 on Saturday and Sunday."

"Great property and vibrant atmosphere, but breakfast pricing needs a review Overall, my family and I had a good experience at the Hilton in Raleigh. It is an excellent property with a very vibrant atmosphere, and we particularly enjoyed the lively energy and nightlife in the bars and restaurants surrounding the lobby area. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. First, the staff—especially the morning crew—could definitely be more welcoming and polite. Second, the cost of breakfast is completely disproportionate when it isn't included in the room reservation. As a professional who handles administration and cost evaluations daily, I found the breakfast pricing to be completely out of balance with the actual value provided. Despite those details, it was a solid stay and a great location for our family trip."

"How come one of the elevators is always out of order. It worked on Sunday and was then out of order the rest of the time."

"Great location. Once I parked the car, I could walk everywhere. Staff bent over backwards to assist."
