"I came in when Amanda was working the front desk. Amanda was by far the best welcoming experience I've encountered in a hotel. I have traveled all over Asia, some of Europe and the US. I can't tell you how genuinely warm and welcoming Amanda was but it also came across as entirely authentic. I even thought I'd love to have her work for my company. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly."
