"Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and it was great! The front reception staff were so lovely, every single time I went past them they were so kind, the rooms were spacious and clean with such a stunning view no matter where you are in the building or when you walk out! The building is close to the airport but away from the main town but still great if you don’t mind. The only thing was the walls are abit thin so you can hear people snoring, talking etc but other than that it was a great place to stay at, definitely recommended it!!"

"Second stay in 3 months, ideally located 200-300m from Queenstown waterfront attractions, overlooking the lake. Staff are awesome, rooftop bar is a great hub for a quiet drink or two. Rooms are immaculate and being updated. Highly recommend"

"Great to have laundry in apartment. Shower floor tiles were a little slippery when wet. Room 124 had view of airport and snow capped mountains. Bus stop is right across the street, straight into Queenstown. No need to use car at all during stay. Only issue is limited parking spaces for guests and it is first in gets one or it's eleven dollars per day."

"Great location — only about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We had beautiful views of the lake and mountains to wake up to each morning. There was plenty of room for a family, the beds were comfortable, and the heaters worked a treat to keep the apartment warm during winter. The fully equipped kitchen was also really handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to assist with every request we had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with amazing views, and we would happily stay here again."

"Very clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was great and location was good . Check in and check out procedures could be improved as this took a long time . Parking is charged at $15 per night which wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking hotel."
