"Positives: very helpful staff, especially front desk. The maintenance person fixed my glasses when they broke. Negatives: This is a terrible location. Nothing is in walking distance. You can only enter/ exit the property via the tollway. It is located on the tollway with restricted access. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. Room is bare. We paid extra for the breakfast and were not impressed. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"the rooms are dated I believe and the color scheme is a bit weird, but very clean and quiet, no airport traffic heard when we went to bed early so that was nice. Plenty of towels and they provided all the shower and sink amenities from a name brand vendor so that was nice. Ate in the bar and food we had was was good and delivered quickly. The menu in the bar is a shorter version of what's served in the dining room we were told. Also very easy to get to the airport for an early morning...

"Room was clean and comfortable with A/C for our last night in Rome. Front desk staff arranged an airport shuttle for our early flight home, and even offered us take-away breakfast boxes since we had to leave before breakfast was served in the dining area. Loved having the shopping mall across the train tracks so we had things to do for the evening. Great restaurant options in the area. "Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good"

"The room was clean and it’s a normal space for a hotel room. The hotel was nice, I like the set up, with work spaces, lounges inside and outside of the hotel. Very cool. The only thing is, if you want to go to Vatican City, which the majority of the things we wanted to do, including the Coliseum, we had to catch a taxi every day, twice a day. Taxi fare is expensive. And it takes about 25-30 mnts. Not whole of of things to do near the hotel."
