"What impressed us first was the happy welcome by both men at the front desk. Sadly, these days that’s rare in the service industry. Too often the person at the front desk makes it seem as though you are bothering them, forcing them to work there, and they are miserable. Everything else was perfect during our one night stay."

"We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!"

"Grest"

Staff manually input room numbers. Cleaning missed as wrong room # written down. Breakfast is questionable. Eggs are made from powder....

BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...
