Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was so cute and peaceful. Eat breakfast and drank coffee outside every morning before starting the day. Had deer at the fence and birds in the trees. Walked to Main Street everyday. Didn’t have to worry about parking at all.I’d stay here again.

This house is within walking distance of all things on Main in Fredericksburg! No parking issues. The house is set up with two large bedrooms with bathrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen and breakfast nook were perfect for our in home meals. The drop leaf table in the main room was perfect for game nights. Highly recommend staying here.

A much needed weekend getaway and we could not have asked for a nicer and more relaxing place to vacay. Loved learning about the history of the home was a bonus and brought back old memories of grandparents house. The back yard and porch sitting areas were so relaxing to enjoy the evening breeze. All around wonderful home to stay in.

I spent the weekend here with my two sisters and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Booking the house was simple, I received plenty of communication with the property manager, and checkin/checkout was very easy. The house itself was the perfect location at a great price. We were walking distance to everything on Main Street. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room for all three of us and everything was clean. I would highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again.
