"We were disappointed on our checkout morning. We discovered that our bathroom did not have any cold water going to our shower or sink and this was only after my husband got in the shower and almost burnt himself because the temp could not be adjusted. I did call the front desk who did send their maintenance man up shortly after ( who was absolutely wonderful) but he was told we had no cold water. Upon inspection he discovered that during renovations the cold water lines were not turned back on. No damage done, but could have been a lot worse."

"Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others when researching. "
