"The front desk staff were very nice but the hotel is very run down, the bed sagged in the middle, I could hear road noise through the vented heating system. The cleaning staff had black garbage bags in many places and no carts to clean but grocery bags to carry supplies. The breakfast was fairly good and staff there was friendly. We had a hard time finding parking when we got back in the evening. Fredericton was busy this weekend so I think the hotel was full. I would not stay again. "

"Room was clean and breakfast on the 2nd day was ok. Could not get in to get breakfast on the first day as there were a few high school teams staying there. Very noisy and noone would do anything about it. We were not told there were tournaments and a bunch of teams staying there. They would not ask them to keep to thier rooms. hinges on the doors need to be greased. Cleaning staff kept slamming doors when going in and out of rooms. Suffice it to say, for what i paid for 2 nights, i would have rathered slept in my car. Would not recommend this place at all unless you're a teenager wanting to get away with disrepecting the whole hotel. "
