"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."

It is a little bit retired from the center, but public transportation is excellent around the area (and in Germany in general). If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. "Clean, well-appointed cottage in a small, very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were lovely. About a 15 minute walk from transportation. Very nice!"

"The property owner charged us for electricity usuage and tourist tax and demanded payments with cash only. She only spoke to us in German and the majority of the time it seemed that she was screaming at us. The house is in the middle of a bush and at night it is extremely hard to enter. The door does not lock and you have to slam it very hard for it to close. Overall, not a very good experience."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this charming little garden house. Being on the water was lovely, while we enjoyed dinner on the outside patio and watched swans float by. We were given privacy by nearby neighbors as we came and went and after spending busy days in Berlin it was so nice to get a bit outside of the city and unwind at this super cozy gem."
