I also requested a much later check-out — several hours beyond the usual — and not only did they accommodate me, they did so without any extra charge. That level of service really stood out. The pool team were amazing, as were the gym staff and the rooftop pool crew — all so attentive and friendly. But the biggest standout for me was the Lebanese restaurant, Li Beirut. Ronnie, who manages the restaurant, was exceptional. He checked in regularly, offered great recommendations, and made the dining experience truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, an outstanding stay. I’m so appreciative of the hospitality and attention to detail — Four Seasons Kuwait truly delivered a five-star experience in every sense. "
