"I reserved this property and then received a cryptic message stating it was not available for the days I booked. However, the owner never gave a refund and has not responded to messages from me or VRBO. Beware of phony listings!"

"We were in the area to see a band at a venue in Woodstock, selected this property because it was pet-friendly and only a 10 minute drive to The Colony bar.There were a couple of small things not found in the rental, but the owners quickly responded to our request. Communication was always top notch!We enjoyed the creek setting on the side of the property. There's a fire pit and chairs located there and we saw an amazing display of lightning bugs at dusk. That was truly magical!"
