"This was a 2 room apartment. It was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom. We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! "There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

"Nice place, comfortable beds, master bedroom upstairs, stairs. Does it have a lot of cooking pots and pans if you're just here for a nice place close to the beach and don't really cook great place. Although I asked the host for a few cooking things and it was here immediately great host. We would extend our stay here if it was available. We will definitely reuse this host again."
